  • INGREDIENTS: Water, Sodium Metabisulfite (E-223), Calcium Chloride (E-509), Potassium Alum (E-522), Citric Acid. Soaking in water, boiling in syrup (sugar and water).
  • STORAGE: Room temperature/Cool and dry
  • SHELF LIFE: 60 days ambient.
  • PRESENTATION: Whole fruit or in pieces.
  • PACKAGING: Bulk/weight.
  • Net weight: 250gr, 500gr, 1000gr.
